This is a full-time, on-site Sales Counselor role based in Germantown, MD. The Sales Counselor will focus on engaging with potential residents and their families to guide them through the process of selecting senior living services. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships, providing excellent customer service, coordinating tours of the facility, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves meeting sales goals, collaborating with team members, and staying informed about the senior living industry to better serve potential clients.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a positive experience for residents and their families
• Excellent Communication skills for building relationships and presenting services effectively
• Proven Sales ability and the capacity to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong Organization Skills to manage leads, schedules, and documentation efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of the senior living industry or relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM systems or other sales tools is a plus
