Cement Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market share in the Virginia market by securing new business and expanding key accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a liaison across customers, industry associations, and internal operations
• Develop and execute territory strategies, including pricing, forecasting, and competitive analysis
• Prepare bids, proposals, and contracts while ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives
• Partner with operations and quality teams to deliver technical support, ensure product performance, and promote safe, compliant practices

• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable sales results in a complex market
• Strong knowledge of construction materials or cement-based products and related market dynamics
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
• Proficiency in using data, technology, and systems to inform decisions, track performance, and optimize sales outcomes
• Self‑directed, collaborative professional who can manage a large territory and navigate technical, logistical, and customer challenges
