Key Account Cement Sales Representative – Maryland Market
Drive revenue growth and market share in the Maryland market by securing new business and expanding key accounts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a liaison across customers, industry associations, and internal operations.
Develop and execute territory strategies, including pricing, forecasting, and competitive analysis.
Prepare bids, proposals, and contracts while ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
Partner with operations and quality teams to deliver technical support, ensure product performance, and promote safe, compliant practices.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable sales results in a complex market.
Strong knowledge of construction materials or aggregate-based products and related market dynamics. Prior sales experience in the industry strongly preferred.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value.
Proficiency in using data, technology, and systems to inform decisions, track performance, and optimize sales outcomes.
Self-directed, collaborative professional who can manage a large territory and navigate technical, logistical, and customer challenges.
Field-based role supporting customers across a broad Maryland territory, with regular travel required.
Combination of on‑site customer visits, office collaboration, and engagement with production facilities and industry partners.
Dynamic, fast‑paced environment focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
