Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas;
Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to deter theft, trespassing, and other policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts or emergency responders as directed by site procedures;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts
