Cox Fleet, a division of Cox Automotive, invites applicants to join the Flee Tec Academy as a paid trainee progressing to a Mobile Trailer Technician. The program includes four weeks of paid classroom training with travel, hotel, and meals covered, followed by hands-on training and a full-time role in the field.
Pay starts at $13.08/hour plus a $250/week stipend; after six weeks the rate increases to $19/hour, and upon graduation to $21/hour, with health, retirement, and PTO benefits.
