Holy Cross Health is seeking a part-time social worker to perform psychosocial assessments, prepare social histories, and contribute to discharge planning within an interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate holds a MSW and state licensure (LCSW or LCSW-C) with prior experience in acute psychiatric settings, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to support patients and families during hospitalization and after discharge.
