• Design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions from high‑level design through system testing.
• Work on complex user stories, enhancements, and change requests within Agile sprint cycles.
• Perform technical analysis, solution design, and effort estimation for system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and production issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain clean, secure, and scalable code aligned with best practices.
• Integrate CRM systems with external platforms using APIs and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CRM Developer (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce technologies (Apex, Lightning Components, LWC) and experience in Agentforce is a plus.
• Experience in system integration, API development, and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
