Senior Superintendent
A well-established, family-owned and operated commercial construction company is looking for a Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale ground-up projects across the Memphis area. This is a fully onsite position dedicated to one project at a time - allowing you to stay focused, lead effectively, and deliver projects successfully without being stretched across multiple jobsites.
What You'll Own:
- Lead all day-to-day field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects
- Run and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and on-site trades
- Oversee Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, laborers, and carpenters
- Drive scheduling, sequencing, and overall project execution from groundbreaking through closeout
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and production
- Solve field challenges proactively to keep projects moving forward
- Partner closely with Field Operations leadership and project teams
- Oversee projects typically around $20M+ in value
- Stay dedicated to one project at a time with project durations ranging from 12-36 months
- Lead exciting ground-up commercial projects, including upcoming manufacturing and educational/school builds
- Utilize Procore, Primavera P3 Scheduling, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Autodesk tools to manage project execution and communication
What They're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
- Proven success leading commercial OR industrial construction projects from the field
- Experience managing projects valued at $10M+
- Strong background in ground-up commercial construction
- Manufacturing and/or school project experience preferred
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to keep teams aligned, accountable, and on schedule
