Skills Required

3-5 years related experience
Good oral and written communication skills
General Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service, sales, and problem solving
Understanding of deposit and loan operations to include documentation and procedures

Primary Duties

Customer Service: provide accurate and responsive support to clients and relationship managers. Key role in retention of valuable customers.

Administrative Support: work closely with relationship managers and manager of wholesale banking group to fulfill administrative requirements phones, scheduling, typing, filing, and other duties as required.

Bank products/operations: will maintain working knowledge of bank products and operational systems. Facilitate opening accounts, processing transactions, and resolving problems. Will include responding to client questions and requests with alternative solutions.

Loan Support: lend support through reviews and comprehension of commercial and consumer loan documents. This will include loans, advances, payments, and any other maintenance requirements for the loan portfolio.
