• Dental Office Expertise: A minimum of 1-2 years of dental office experience is required. You must understand hygiene procedure timing, periodontal recall intervals, insurance allowances and limitations, and clinical workflow.
• Recall & Re-Care Mastery:
  Proven success managing hygiene re-care systems, reactivation campaigns, and fill-in strategies for last-minute schedule gaps.
• Customer-Centric Communication: A warm, confident, and persuasive communication style that makes patients feel valued while emphasizing the vital importance of preventive care.
• Obsessive Attention to Detail:
  Precise record-keeping, accurate schedule entry, and relentless follow-through on unscheduled treatment lists.
• Steady Work History: A demonstrated track record of stability, reliability, and long-term commitment in your prior roles.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Prior proficiency with Dentrix and automated patient communication platforms is highly preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
