• Set schedule of Monday-Friday with standard clinic hours, no evenings, no weekends
• Established practice with an amiable team of 2.5 providers plus support staff
• Individual 'pod' set-up for new provider within existing clinic: a private practice feel with full infrastructure in place
• Pre-existing patient base will contribute to a rapid ramp-up
• Supportive leadership

• $320k+ base salary with bonus incentives
• $50k sign-on bonus
• $25k retention bonus at 1st & 2nd anniversaries
• $6k CME allowance reimburses licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and continuing education courses
• Malpractice coverage
• Student loan repayment program for recent graduates
• 403(b) retirement plan
