Job Description
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams) and develop foundational advisory skills, including building client relationships, assessing financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. After licensing, you will operate in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions.
Responsibilities- Earn required industry licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or equivalent).
- Receive training and one‑on‑one coaching from Academy managers.
- Build and manage a portfolio of client relationships using a consultative approach.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
- Operate in a phone‑based capacity until assigned to a financial center within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Aptitude for obtaining industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Strong peer collaboration and communication skills.
- Results‑driven mindset with client focus in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to new technology or applications.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain compliance. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination.
Position is open for the entire market; the specific financial center location will be based on business needs.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
Hours per week: 40.
Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
