Overview:

The Interconnection Project Manager supports the day-to-day execution of Silicon Ranch's interconnection process for an assigned portfolio of development and acquired projects. This role requires close coordination with multi-disciplinary internal teams, the ability to identify and understand utility and internal client issues, and the ability to work collaboratively to develop and communicate creative solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position necessate interaction with clients including utilities, financial institutions, off-takers, investors, government agencies, consultants, and other organizations.

SRC's Interconnection Project Manager is responsible for managing the interconnection process for assigned projects across the company's target markets. This position is critical to executing the company's development initiatives and supports market analyses and transmission-related topics, including but not limited to utility tariffs, planning processes, and the overall interconnection process. The position also works closely with internal staff, consultants, and other subject matter experts as needed to execute the company's interconnection and development strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the interconnection process and negotiations for assigned development and acquired projects, from siting to execution, including interconnection agreements, system studies, affected systems studies, and engineering agreements
• Coordinate required power flow simulation analysis, models, and congestion studies (internally or externally) to support siting, IA, PPA, financing, and origination processes
• Track and manage interconnection commercial arrangements to support optimization for cost, schedule, and risk
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with utilities, ISOs, and industry representatives on assigned projects
