Assembler- Full-Time

Assembler Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our home hardware team. This role is responsible for assembling a variety of home improvement and outdoor products while ensuring quality, safety, and accuracy. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building products correctly and efficiently.

Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble products such as grills, lawn equipment, furniture, shelving, and outdoor items
• Follow manufacturer instructions, diagrams, and safety guidelines
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and proper function
• Report missing or damaged parts to management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Prepare assembled items for display or customer pickup

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move products as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

This job is an hourly position (non-exempt from overtime).
