Registered Nurse; RN Wound Care

Position

Wound Care Registered Nurse at Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital – Germantown (64‑bed acute rehabilitation hospital).

Full‑time employment. $5,000 Sign on Bonus.

• Perform patient assessments to identify wound care needs and appropriate interventions.
• Evaluate patient progress and wound healing outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Initiate and implement nursing interventions tailored to the patient's condition.
• Provide direct wound care based on patient condition and age‑specific needs.
• Educate patients and families on wound care procedures, prevention strategies, and discharge instructions.
• Provide clinical staff education related to wound care treatment plans, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited Wound Ostomy Care Nurse program.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in wound care.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS preferred; WOCN certification preferred.
