Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a Chief of Anesthesia to lead the team at Methodist Germantown Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee. This leadership role involves overseeing a dynamic practice environment with a dedicated Anesthesia Care Team managing nearly 20,000 annual cases across diverse clinical specialties. • Anesthesia Care Team consists of 15 Physicians and 23 CRNA's
• Annual case volume 19,916
• Cases include:
  General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Pulmonary, and OB
• 20 ORs + Dedicated OB, Cath Lab, and GI
• 4,000 births annually
• 319-bed, full-service teaching facility serving Germantown, East Memphis, and surrounding communities

Compensation

• $700,000 annual compensation
• Referral bonus of up to $5,000

Requirements

• Active state license
• ACLS, BLS
• BC or BE
