• Starting pay $12.60/hr two increases during the first year: $13.30/hr after 6 months; $14.00/hr after 1 year.

• Weekly average hours: 7 hours; may increase to 13 hours during holidays.
• Route serves: 7735 Farmington Blvd, Germantown, TN 38138; 7724 Poplar Ave; 7825 US Highway 72; 7942 Winchester Rd, Memphis, TN.

• Service stores on assigned route: merchandising, organizing product orders, displaying product in greeting card departments and other retail locations, maintaining organized backroom areas, inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions or concerns.
• Work in fast-paced retail environment using time management and organizational skills.
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime business hours.
• Availability for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and immediately following major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and with a team.
