• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth and on‑brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on KPIs, be cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Results‑oriented seller with strong communication skills.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels.
• Age 18 or older, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand extended periods and lift 50 + pounds.
• Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Ability to work up to 12 hours per week during normal weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours). Regular schedule during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Salary: $12.00 – $15.00, commensurate with experience.
