Lead and develop store merchandising strategy and team as Merchandising Team Leader, acting as Store Team Leader's primary support;
Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty;
Analyze daily trends and reporting to aid strategic business decisions;
Develop short- and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs;
Coach team to uphold AEO Brand Standards and ensure exceptional guest experience;
Recruit and train new talent to maintain appropriate staffing levels;
Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct development plans and reviews;
Maintain daily store operations and visual standards, including replenishment and floorset execution
