American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Germantown, TN to support the Merchandising Team Leader. You will help ensure the store stays aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards, execute floorsets, and keep the guest experience at the forefront through effective replenishment.
You will train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and manage merchandising updates to keep floors and displays fresh, in addition to maintaining store safety and shrink-reduction practices.
