The Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of a warehouse/storage facility and its surrounding property during overnight hours.

The Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of a warehouse/storage facility and its surrounding property during overnight hours. Officers will conduct both
vehicle patrols
of the exterior and
foot patrols
inside and around the facility to deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity.

• Patrol warehouse buildings, storage areas, parking lots, and perimeter fencing by vehicle and on foot.
• Inspect doors, gates, loading docks, and storage units to ensure they are secured.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, break-ins, or suspicious activity.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
• Document shift activity and incidents through detailed written reports.
• Assist with after-hours employee, vendor, or delivery access, as directed by client procedures.
• Communicate and escape security or safety concerns to supervisors or law enforcement when necessary.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required for vehicle patrols).
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet all state licensing requirements.
• Prior security, warehouse, or storage facility experience preferred, but not required.
• Overnight shift
  (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. & 6:00 a.m.
  
  - 6:00 p.m).
• Combination of foot patrols and vehicle patrols (in your personal vehicle. We would provide a security car magnet).
