The Village at Germantown, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to oversee HVAC and other equipment repairs under the Maintenance Supervisor's guidance. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing regular facility maintenance, and being on call for emergencies.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and 1-3 years of mechanical experience, with a proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical readings, and emergency response. A CFC Type II or Universal EPA License is required.
