• Install gutter systems, including K‑style and half‑round gutters.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
• Interact positively with clients and team members.
• Possess a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to work overtime.
• Participate in a skills‑ladder training program that defines career progression, expectations, and raise potential.

• 2+ years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons.
• Willingness to work overtime and be a team player.
• Interest and desire to grow with the company.
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred.
• Passion for all things gutters.
