An experienced individual with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues. We seek someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand.

• 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
• Positive and team‑oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company
• Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters is a huge plus

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience
