Construction Materials Estimator

Great Lakes Roofing Corporation (GLRC) seeks an experienced Construction Materials Estimator. In this role, you'll work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to estimate shingle projects in Roof Snap and low slope re-roof projects while taking responsibility for other administrative duties that link our sales and operations teams. Qualified Construction Materials Estimator are:

-Experienced in steep slope (shingle) roofing
-Aware/educated on the latest industry trends/requirements
-Able to prepare accurate, detailed estimates
-Consistent Communicator - with both our Production and Sales team to ensure we offer exceptional, timely customer service. About our Construction Materials Estimator:

Experience:

Roofing take-offs, property insurance adjustor, roofer, or residential general contractor. Technology:
Prior knowledge and experience with Roof Snap is a plus. Confidence on a computer/ phone app, and business software like Google Earth and Microsoft Suite a must. Accountability:
Manage your tasks efficiently as a linchpin (not bottleneck) of our project management system. Team Focus:
You'll support both sales and operations teams in an estimating and administrative role. Where:
This role can be filled any of our branches, Milwaukee, Madison or Appleton. Who:
You'd be a good fit for this role if you're a self-starter who enjoys being part of a larger team. You have experience as a general contractor and you prefer to join our steadily growing, family owned corporation. Or your roofing days are behind you and you're ready for a new role still within the industry. If you've worked with the apps Pro Core, Assemble or Autodesk Construction Cloud, then you'll be able to handle Roof Snap like a pro.

Job Type: Full Time Pay: starts at $24 - $26, DOE Benefits eligible after 90 days
