• Create and refine electrical schematics, power distribution diagrams, and control panel layouts for custom automation projects
• Manage large-scale blueprint packages with focus on efficiency, accuracy, and speed
• Translate physical systems into functional CAD drawings for various projects
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure designs meet specifications
• Design systems optimized for efficient assembly

• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial electrical schematics
• Proficiency in CAD software, experience with AutoCAD Electrical, Solid Works Electrical, E-Plan, or Sky-Plan preferred
• Background in custom machine building, robotics integration, or conveyor systems
• Ability to work quickly and accurately on complex projects
• Stable work history and local residence near Greater Milwaukee area
