Responsibilities- Develop PLC programs and HMI interfaces for custom automation machinery, robotic cells, and sorting systems.
- Create operator interfaces using various software and integrate with enterprise systems.
- Review and modify electrical schematics to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial networking protocols and safety systems.
- Lead on-site customer startups and commissioning processes.
- 2+ years of experience in control systems programming using Allen-Bradley/Rockwell platforms.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or related field.
- Stable work history with previous employers.
- Willingness to travel domestically, within a 45-minute drive of the Greater Milwaukee area.
- Experience with servo motion systems or industrial vision platforms.
- Proficiency in high-level language coding or SQL programming.
- Knowledge of industrial robotic arms.
