Job Description and Requirements
Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware & software issues in ChromeOS and other devices
Replacement of LCDs, keyboards, motherboards, and system components
Document resolution steps and parts consumption in ticket software
Manage paperwork trail for the warranty claim process
Device teardown including parts testing and asset disposition
Complete assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
Assist in the enrollment and rollout of new client devices
Complete additional training to advance career as requested
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
Knowledge of Chromebooks and ChromeOS preferred
Experience with hardware repair tools and equipment required
A+ Certification preferred
Experience using Autotask Professional Services Automation Tool or similar system preferred
Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
