Maintenance Technician

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all encompassing and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary at any time.

· Data collection and population for ISIR reporting, capability studies, and safe launch assurance

· Selection of metrology equipment and gaging to optimize measurement efficiency and throughput

· Fixture design or contracting

· Balloon part prints

· Gage calibration

· Gage R&R studies

· Communicate with employees and vendors in a positive, team-oriented manner.

· Comply with all safety and work rules and regulations

· Maintain Rosti core values of Passion, Integrity, Partnership, and Excellence

· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

a. Ability to communicate in English required.

· Understanding of GD&T

· Ability to program vision-based and touch probe measurement systems:
Hexagon CMM, OGP Smart Scope Flash, Keyence IM Series, Mitutoyo Surftest, OGP Turn Check, etc.

· Measurement via traditional tools: micrometer, caliper, pin gage, etc.
