Electrical Technician

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Electrical Maintenance, Molding Machines, High Voltage Electrical, PLC Programming, Machinery Repair, Preventative/Predictive Maintenance, Pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical, Machine Set-up, and Calibration.

Position Overview: As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in the molding production area. You will be responsible for ensuring all safety regulations are followed and that equipment is maintained in top operating condition.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems in the molding production area. Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on molding machines and equipment. Ensure all safety regulations are followed and that equipment is maintained in top operating condition. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Perform machine set-up and calibration. Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints. Assist in the installation and modification of electrical systems.

Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Electrical Maintenance, Molding Machines, High Voltage Electrical, PLC Programming, Machinery Repair, Preventative/Predictive Maintenance, Pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical, Machine Set-up, and Calibration. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and maintenance. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Must be able to work a 12 hr shift on 2/2/3 rotating schedule.
