Strong communication and coordination between office and field teams
Lead heavy civil and industrial construction projects in Gettysburg, PA, and surrounding areas
Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
Oversee project schedules, budgets, production timelines, and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field crews
Track project costs, monthly billings, and change orders
Review contracts, project drawings, specifications, and submittals
Communicate with clients, municipalities, engineers, and internal teams
Support field operations to ensure successful project execution
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve construction and operational challenges
Maintain profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency across multiple projects
Manage public infrastructure and industrial construction projects including sewer systems, water mains, roadway construction, bridge work, and municipal public works

6 to 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or industrial construction
Strong understanding of public infrastructure construction and industrial project management
Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and subcontractor coordination
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Experience managing change orders, project billing, and production timelines
Valid driver’s license
Preferred experience with sewer and water systems, roadway construction, bridge construction, and municipal public works projects
