Visiting Assistant Professor - Human Anatomy and Physiology

Gettysburg College invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor in the Health Sciences Department beginning August 2026. Teaching responsibilities will include sophomore-level courses in human anatomy and physiology I and II (lecture and laboratory components), with the possibility of teaching upper-level courses in an area of expertise. The teaching load for this position will be the equivalent of six courses for the year.

Although research is not an expected component for the position, visiting faculty are eligible to apply for competitive research support funds offered by the college.
