Position: Registered Nurse School Setting - Gettysburg, PA

This role covers the period from July 6th through August 7th, Monday through Thursday, with hours from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. It's ideal for an RN who values flexible scheduling and wants to enjoy summer afternoons while contributing vital support during the morning hours.

Key

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working within a school setting is required
• Experience in one-to-one nursing care, preferably with children or adolescents
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
• Ability to respond efficiently and compassionately to medical needs in an educational context

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, individualized nursing care to a single student during school hours
• Administer medications, monitor health needs, and manage care plans as directed
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided and communications with relevant staff
• Serve as a health resource for the assigned student, proactively addressing concerns as they arise
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic support for the student
