Visiting Assistant Professor of Management-One Year Appointment

The Department of Management at Gettysburg College invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor in Management beginning August 2026. Primary teaching responsibilities will include Organizational Behavior (a required course in the Business, Organizations, and Management major and Business minor) and an upper-class elective according to specialization (e.g., Leadership Theories, Organizational Culture). The teaching load for this position is the equivalent of six courses per academic year.

Gettysburg College is a highly selective liberal arts college located within 90 minutes of the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. Established in 1832, the College has a rich history and is situated on a 220-acre campus with an enrollment of over 2,200 students.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. (or be ABD) in the area of Business, Management, or related fields. Previous undergraduate teaching experience is preferred.
