Floating Front End Manager

Manage and oversee all front-end operations, including cashiers, baggers, and customer service representatives;
Ensure efficient and smooth checkout process by monitoring cash handling, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate cash registers;
Train and supervise front-end staff;
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction;
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure adequate stock.
