Key responsibilities of the RN – Long Term Care include:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

• Document patient care and progress accurately

Requirements of the RN – Long Term Care include:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
