Registered Nurse Supervisor

Gettysburg Center seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident assessments and care plans, administer medications and treatments, and respond promptly to changes in condition. The RN Supervisor ensures regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and strong communication with physicians, therapists, residents, and families. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts, including delegation and oversight of care
• Conduct resident assessments and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols
• Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate timely interventions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, infection control, and safety policies
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families on resident care goals
• Lead shift handoffs, documentation, and EHR accuracy
• Participate in staff training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Support quality improvement initiatives and audit readiness
• Promote a resident-centered culture of dignity, compassion, and respect
