Certified Nursing Assistant

Gettysburg Center seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. CNAs provide hands-on personal care, assist with ADLs, mobility, and safety, and monitor and report changes in resident condition. You'll partner closely with nurses and therapists, support rehab goals, and maintain infection control and documentation standards. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes to nurses promptly
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises using safe techniques
• Support residents during rehab activities and follow care plans to promote independence
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas, following infection control standards
• Document care and observations accurately in facility systems or records
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and respectful communication to residents and families
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to deliver coordinated care
