Avera Oahe Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will perform nursing functions under the supervision of the RN, coordinate with physicians, and contribute to care planning.
The role requires an active LPN license, 1 year LTAC experience preferred, and the ability to work rotating days/evenings/nights with 72-hour/2-week schedules. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available.
