Registered Nurse (RN) ​/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Long Term Care

Role

Provides comprehensive nursing care in a healthcare facility, supporting residents' physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate with healthcare providers, and educate residents and families about health conditions and self-care. Maintains a safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols, manages resident care equipment, and oversees admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Supervises nursing assistants and ensures adherence to legal, organizational, and safety standards.

Active nursing license (RN or LPN) in the practice state; RN preferred with 1-3 years of clinical or long-term care experience. Must have effective communication skills, adequate visual acuity, and the ability to work flexible hours. Compliance with safety laws and standards is required.

• Develops and evaluates nursing care plans.
