Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Field Associates based in Ghaziabad. The role involves supporting day-to-day field operations, managing relationships with service providers, ensuring service quality standards, solving on-ground issues, and providing reports on activities in the field. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between customers and service providers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to coordinate and manage logistics efficiently
Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting
Flexibility to work in both field and remote environments
Knowledge or experience in customer service and field operations is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or technical certifications are beneficial
Familiarity with local operational landscapes in Ghaziabad is preferred
