Weekend Only Registered Nurse Supervisor Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our Weekend Only RN Supervisor team at Harmony Care a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our patients and ensuring exceptional service in a warm and inviting environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of patient care and ensure that all clinical standards are met
- Manage and supervise a team of registered nurses and other healthcare staff
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Coordinate patient transfer and discharge processes
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas
- Valid CPR certification
- Weekend only availability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
$40-$45/hr
