This position shares responsibility for the district's accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipting functions. Responsibilities include invoice processing and payment, vendor maintenance, deposit and wire transfer processing, bank and account reconciliations, AP warrant processing, and required tax and regulatory reporting. Serves as a point of contact for vendor and staff inquiries regarding accounts payable and related fi nancial matters.
Education & ExperienceHigh school graduation or equivalent.
Three years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Associate degree in Accounting or a related field; or completion of at least 20 college-level credits in accounting, bookkeeping, or closely related coursework.
