We are seeking an experienced Emergency Client Service Representative who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates with empathy and confidence, and is passionate about providing exceptional client care.

Position Summary

The Emergency CSR plays a critical role in supporting the flow of our 24/7 emergency hospital. This position is responsible for managing incoming emergency calls, coordinating patient check‑ins, obtaining accurate patient information, supporting medical team communication, and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their visit.

This role is ideal for someone who can remain calm and professional during high‑stress situations while creating a compassionate and welcoming experience for clients and patients alike.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer and manage incoming emergency calls with urgency, professionalism, and empathy
  • Provide compassionate support to clients during stressful and emotional situations
  • Obtain accurate patient histories and communicate effectively with the medical team
  • Triage calls appropriately and prioritize incoming cases based on urgency
  • Check in emergency patients efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience
  • Support front desk workflow including documentation, payments, and medical record management
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, assistants, and leadership to support patient care
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and team‑focused reception environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 1 year of veterinary CSR or reception experience required
  • Emergency or specialty veterinary experience strongly preferred
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and efficient in high‑pressure situations
  • Confidence handling emotional or sensitive client interactions
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, grow, and support others
