Full Time Donation Attendant – Gig Harbor, WA
Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour
Position Summary:
As a member of the Goodwill production team, Donation Attendants will be responsible for processing and sorting the donations provided by our community.
- Accepting donations from donors and issue receipts as necessary.
- Keeping donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
- Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
- Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested.
- Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely.
- Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
