Toll Collector (Part Time)

Our client in Tacoma, WA is seeking a toll collector to join their team. As a toll collector, you will be providing customer service to those traveling across the toll bridge. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a team player attitude. This will align successfully with the organization.

Location:

Tacoma, WA

Pay Range: $18.50/hour

Shift

Schedule:

16 - 24 hours a week. Must have open availability. Schedule includes nights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

What's the job?

• Manages the traffic in lane by classifying each vehicle accurately and collecting the correct toll.
• Provides correct change to cash customers.
• Maintains his/her change fund per toll operations procedures.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures and other documents or manuals that relate to toll collection policies and procedures.
• Adheres to PCI-DSS position requirements as identified in the toll bridge cardholder data network policies and procedures manual.

What's needed?

• At least 6 months of previous cashiering experience
• Customer service experience
• Open availability
• Recording, reporting, and depositing of toll revenue.
