We’re looking for an Assistant Instructor to help bring STEM programs to life through creativity, teamwork, and hands‑on building. If you enjoy working with kids, can confidently lead a small group when needed, and want a job that’s actually fun — this could be a great fit.

The Role

As an Assistant Instructor, you’ll support our Lead Instructor during camps, classes, workshops, and birthday parties for kids ages 3–14. You’ll help keep activities running smoothly, encourage participation, and step in to guide small groups when needed.

You’ll:
  • Assist with leading groups of up to 20 students
  • Help manage materials, setup, and cleanup
  • Support positive classroom behavior and keep energy high
  • Encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem‑solving
  • Communicate professionally with parents and staff
  • Be ready to take the lead on portions of activities when needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with children (babysitting, camps, tutoring, coaching, classroom aide, youth programs, etc.)
  • Comfortable being in charge of a small group of kids when needed
  • Positive, energetic, and dependable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Current background clearances, or ability to clear a background test

You don’t need a teaching degree — just confidence, responsibility, and a genuine enjoyment of working with kids.

Summer Camps:

Up to 40 hours/week during school breaks

Seasonal with opportunities for ongoing part‑time work.

If you’re organized, upbeat, and ready to help create “best day ever” moments for kids, we’d love to meet you.
