Job OverviewThis full‑time in‑office employment opportunity for the Sound CU to support Financial Advisors associated with LPL Financial under our Employee Advisor Model. This role will support advisors within the credit union. This opportunity is an excellent stepping‑stone to continue to build on your wealth management experience and opportunities to work with multiple internal departments at a growing company.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate daily with advisors and clients, taking ownership of inquiries and ensuring timely resolution. Handle account requests such as transactions, maintenance, and transfers, and provide education on services and technology. Manage onboarding, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Monitor account activities, support audits, and assist with projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Provide administrative support including scheduling, preparing materials, and maintaining client information.

- 1+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
- 1+ years in client service with excellent communication skills
- Some travel to local branches required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated, driven and takes initiative
- Desire to obtain industry licenses (i.e. SIE, Series 7 and 66)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated, driven and takes initiative
Experience with the Microsoft program suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
$23.51-$39.18/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
