Position Overview: The CFO / Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of EWaste Pro Inc. This individual will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team to drive strategic financial initiatives and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to the management team and stakeholders.
• Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements to ensure the financial stability ofthe company.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably inthe IT or electronics recycling industry.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the management team and other stakeholders.
