Pro Sport is a premier, integrated sports medicine organization serving the Puget Sound region. What began as two chiropractors in Gig Harbor has evolved into a multidisciplinary team of 75+ professionals across physical therapy, orthopedic surgery, regenerative medicine, athletic training, and massage therapy.
We are known for:
- One-on-one care
- High clinical standards
- Collaborative, team-based medicine
- A culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and growth
Our mission is simple: deliver leading-edge sports medicine with unmatched patient experience. As we continue to grow, strong leadership at every level is essential.
We are seeking a high-performing, growth-minded Lead Care Coordinator to oversee and develop our Gig Harbor front office team (7–10 care coordinators).
This is not a traditional “front desk supervisor” role.
This is a culture-setting, systems-driving, patient-experience leadership position responsible for:
- Elevating team performance
- Driving operational excellence
- Creating a seamless patient journey
- Holding standards with clarity and consistency
You will serve as the operational quarterback of the front office and a key partner to clinic leadership.
- Directly manage and develop 7–10 care coordinators
- Set clear expectations and measurable performance standards
- Conduct coaching conversations and performance reviews
- Build accountability and positive team culture
- Lead onboarding and training for new hires
- Ensure every patient interaction reflects Pro Sport’s service standards
- Proactively resolve concerns and escalations
- Continuously improve workflows that impact satisfaction and retention
- Optimize provider scheduling and front desk workflows
- Maintain coverage models and staffing efficiency
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions
- Collaborate closely with clinical leadership
- Serve as liaison between front office and leadership
- Lead team meetings
- Drive clarity around expectations, policies, and performance metrics
- Naturally takes ownership
- Is comfortable holding others accountable
- Has strong presence and communicates clearly
- Operates with urgency and follow-through
- Sees systems, not just tasks
- Wants to grow into higher leadership roles
If you prefer to avoid difficult conversations, this is not the right role.
If you want to build something meaningful and lead people well — this may be for you.
Qualifications- 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling, patient flow, or medical office operations

- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Leadership development within a growing organization
- Clear expectations and accountability structure
- Opportunity to build and shape team culture
- Competitive compensation
- Health benefits + PTO
- A mission-driven team environment
